Changes:
-Nerfed spawnrates of most ice cream in home freezers. The citizenry of Knox Country should no longer be screaming for ice cream(at the rates previously)(should be screaming for brains all things considered).

Fixes:
-Fixed missing world models for mint chocolate chip and melted variety.
-Fixed errors in distro file.

Removed:
-Removed tubs from spawning at theaters.
=May re-add at a later date?
-Ice Cream Truck. It's a buggy mess.

-Vanilla and melted ice cream do not return trash items.
