Translates strings added to the english text file since this mod was last updated.

• Replaces all unstressed instance of "you" and "your" with "ye" and "ye're".
• In line with base-game text files, now uses UTF-16LE encoding. Previously, was using UTF-8 encoding, which led to chaos with diacritics.
• Respells "choice" as "chyce".
• Other minor fixes.

Initial upload. All texts, with the exception of villagers' names, are now translated into Scots.
