Additions: Dress up QDs with more static stock.

Fixes: Correct issue where first car after loco would derail
crossing from eased curve to un-eased curve section. Error corrected
by super-elevating the entire curve. Location: Waldwick, NJ, 1000ft
East of Chestnut Street.

Fixes: "Floating" Man - Waldwick: Resolution was aggressive
deflation.
