Attention! If using decal crash patch install latest version of it after installing this update!
- Added long sleeve bodygroup (requires latest version of BMCER to function)
- Added padded pants bodygroup (requires latest version of BMCER to function)
- Added grey helmets to _02 models (by Monolith Fanatic)
- Added improved medic helmets (by Vinnie)
- Added green bandana bodygroup (requires latest version of BMCER to function)
- Added grey/white bandana with ammo belt bodygroup (requires latest version of BMCER to function)
- Added goggles attached to helmet bodygroup (requires latest version of BMCER to function)

Additions:
- Added better medic helmet texture. Its not perfect (red cross in the front is bit streched) but its best I can do right now. At least they should now be easier to tell apart from other HECU soldiers.
Fixes:
- Shotgun shells attached to straps will now only appear on HECUs with balaclava (aka shotgunners)
- HECU will now have either radio or flashlight attached to their straps
