Fixed placed textures not working do to 1.4.2.3 adding a new relic.

Changed mane color from the grey from Boss Colored Relics to the blue grey from Clockwork Mechs, made six pixels on Skeletron Prime Relic item & 7 pixels on placed Skeletron Prime Relic lighter, & removed 1 pixel on placed Destroyer relics tail, for some reason I added the pixel on a previous update. Fixed it saying 1.2 in-game & renamed EoC config folder to EoC Default.
