Updated Commando Fatigues to include grey underwear sleeves.

Updated to include Version 14 headgear (mainly security helmets and role-specific hats). Old headsets NOT included as the depth setting doesn't appear to work, meaning that they show above hats. Also I do not have the old body armour sprites so unfortunately cannot include those at this time.
