Made ragdolls actually ragdoll if hit with enough force

Thanks to Thomasims for providing me with code that makes the ragdolls face the direction they are moving or attacking!!! ive added it and the ragdolls are better than ever!

ironically, fixed the issue that made this mod not work in slow motion, fixed the ground being breakable issue, tweaked civillian and zombie values so the zombies wouldnt start flying on higher end pcs
