The addon is now fully compatible with any Admin System/VSLib version and most VScript addons (i hope so). Means that the crashes while using this with Admin System should be gone and the chat commands and god mode should be working again, regardless the VSLib version.

- Left4Lib VSLib hooks will now be loaded only if the VSLib version is >= 5.0, this should prevent crashes and other big issues when using older Admin System/VSLib versions.
NOTE: Older versions of Admin System will work but some functionalities will not be available: god mode and the chat commands (you can still use the menu and the console commands with no issue).
