- Fixed a bug with the new loading method (via director_base_addon) that made the hooks no longer work after a map transition. Basically all my addons stopped responding to commands after loading the second map.

- Added the setting "users_admin_notice" [1/0] Enable/Disable the "user connected"/"user joined" admin notifications to the file "ems/left4lib/cfg/settings.txt". Default is 1 (Enabled), set 0 to disable the notifications.
