- Fixed a bug which caused reference cards to all be dealt face up

- Skill check calculator now accounts for turmoil and revelations (boon becomes opposing, treachery becomes supporting, respectively)
- Setup now deals 2 random allies to 2 random spaces.

overlooked a couple of things when designing fta setup
- old jam tin grenade is now deleted
- chaos deck creation will now add boon and treachery cards, applies during setup or generally building chaos (only if fta is enabled)

- After selecting the player count for setup, script will prompt to enable FtA and whether to deal preludes or not.

- fixed a bug that prevented admins typing in chat

- altered the skill check calculation slightly to group cards before laying them out, as otherwise it was possible to observe where cards in a check came from if they weren't all grouped.
- also shuffles decks before laying them out, which doesn't actually do anything but makes it look more "hidden"

- added skill icons next to the skill buttons to help identify the buttons
- added a chat command "!removescript" which removes scripting buttons (this command is mentioned when you skip setup)
- changed passengers to rounded rectangles instead of circles
