•Completely revamped the torpedo controls and sonar station.

•Updated CIWS

•Overhauled the CIWS system. It not leads targets accurately. Fast, Slow, Small, Big. It leads them. Its still not a guaranteed hit but it is certainly a lot better than what it was. Max effective range is 750m.

•Reverted radar to older version because updated version cut logic FPS in half.

•Added an automated CIWS. It isn't perfect but it does something at least. I decided to use light auto cannons because the rotary cannon was very inaccurate and it chewed through its ammo in 5 seconds. Just because its a rotary gun, that doesn't mean its better....
•Replaced the manual light auto cannon with a heavy auto cannon
•Upgraded the radar

•Ship will now limit the throttle based on generator output. This is to stop the ship from running out of power fast in the event that the turbines get damaged. Also to make it harder for people who don't read instructions to drain the battery too. This can be bypassed (If you use inf power or whatever else) by clicking a button next to the helm.
•Replaced the rear rotary cannon with an upgraded version.
•Updated information display.

•Deck gun is now more accurate
•Hierarchy of deck gun states is now correct
