Fixes:
Finally added text to Grandmasters.
Removed restriction from Shift Ironworks Production that prevented ritual use.
Shifted all new ritual groups to (hopefully) avoid conflict with the unlisted Monke Magic™ ritual group from the new faction.

Misc:
Set up bookmarks for Monke faction.

Balance:
Increased Illusionist Apprentice base recruit rate by 1%.
Increased Illusionist base recruit rate by 2%.
Added cheaper Illusionist Apprentice recruitment for Master Illusionist (4% base).
Reduced basic Amazon resistances (where present) to 50%.
Onyx Amazons have had 1 Armor returned to them.
Painted Amazons now have the appropriate Amazon weapons with +1 to dmg rolls.
Painted Amazons now have 100% resistance to their element.
Painted Onyx Amazons have the full 2 Armor of vanilla Onyx Amazons.

Balance:
Demonologist startterr changed to jumpstart its economy a bit faster.
Some economic rituals for Demonologist made cheaper.
Rebalanced income for Village of the Damned (-1 Gold, +2 Sacr), Oven of Sinners (+2 Sacr), and City of Sinners (+4 Sacr).
Added Hand income to Fortified Hoburg (2) and Hoburg Village(1).

Necromancer:
Reverted unit restriction for Upgrade Citadel. No earthly clue when or why I changed it.
Added new ritual to update respawn location for Liches, Demiliches, Vampires, and Vampire Counts.

Closed brackets on Employ Lake Troll summon string for the third time. How does this keep reverting?

Forgot to change Burgmeister's Build Manufactory cost.

Balance:
Several minor Enchanter summons can now heal on Crystal Towers. A few now also have spirit sight.
Improved Ice Golem's cold healing.
Tweaked starting units/terrain for most factions to provide a more consistent early game.
Several ritual cost outliers were brought to heel.

Debug:
Added a debug ritual (and attached event) to Enchanter Just In Case™ the class starts without a swamp for producing troops. Also reduced the restriction for Terracotta Army to be absolutely, completely sure that the start will never break.

Fixes:
Fixed several dozen typos, some of which introduced bugs.
Fixed a few incorrect ritual restrictions.

Rituals:
Reintroduced the caster requirements for Markgraf's factories. Apparently I never did that when monplayerreq got fixed.
Manually introduced a new terrgroupID explicitly for Demonologist's building rituals.
Also reworked Demonologist building progression. Progression is now Flat Inferno Terrains → Half-Buried Sinners → Village/Oven(end of chain)/Tower(Req. Village) → Citadel of Sin (Req. Village) → City of Sinners(Req. Citadel, end of chain)
