Possible fix for all vehicles to not throwing flares; At the moment everything which is a flare is shot at once, maybe in future versions there is an option to select the flares.

Changed: Vehicle should throw flares as long as the missile is targeted at you

- Removed Chat Messages (Debug Messages)
- Mod will only work for those, wo have loaded this mod (in previous versions only one person on server needed this mod to work for everyone

- Added support for every Flare launcher (which has the name "flare" in it)
- Fixxed: When flares where fired, all were flared at once; now 5x times flares are launched with 2 seconds pause between the launches
- (Hopefully) Fixxed: Multiplayer Bug when multiple Users had the mod installed, the flares were launched on the wron vehicle
