-Fixed Fuel Cell not working for timed actives.
-Lunar shops don't appear in Greed Mode anymore.

-3 New chests(Utility,Damage,Healing)
-Fixed stage 2 items not converting to chests.
-Adjusted chest spawns for treasure rooms to exclude equipment items and better chances for big chests.
-If player is using tactical dive, direct hp damage from iv bag, blood donation machines isn't blocked.
-Adjusted chest variant chances for balancing purposes and to add variety.
-Fixed Repulsion Armor Plate causing errors in the console.
