*Added 3 new tags: Yukpa (in Yukpa), Bari (in Motilones) and Chimila (in Chimila).
*Added Bari as a new culture in the Chibchan culture group.

*Added a new event that allow you to remove all natives if you so desire (may help with performance, does not affect Nahuatl, Inti or Mayan nations)
