-Added Lots of new voice lines.
-Added voice lines for grenade attacks and spotting the player.
-Added dodging.
-Added radio on and off sounds for combine speech.
-Small Tweaks to shielders.
-Completely redone how Combine Officers spawn manhacks. - They have a 1 - 5 chance to instantly spawn one when alerted to an enemy, and can spawn one under certain circumstances if they haven't already spawned one when alerted.
-Redone the Combine Officers Hitgroup Flinching.
-Added some unique SNPCs.
-Death effects for Shock troopers and phantoms.
-Fixed Elite Shock Trooper.
-Nerfed the Shock troopers health and damage reduction.
-Added some more convars.
-Chnages some SNPCs footsteps sounds.
-Added two new weapons.
-More changes and balance tweaks.
