Wait for Jester Changes

Will now announce a Jester is in the round (just like the normal Jester announcements) when a Beggar is in the round.

Will also now make the player a sidekick (if installed) when a Jackal drops them a weapon.
If not installed they'll just become a Jackal instead
Updated to take the players team into account.
Example - Will become whatever role the Doppelganger is but join the Doppelgangers team.
