UnitRenderUtils: added a workaround for a compatibility issue that arose due to the CharacterSkin fix.

Fixed duplicate assembly detection, current mod id potentially being incorrectly recorded for logging, and issues caused by MakeLorId potentially being inlined. Removed GetModPath patch (duplicated in Assorted Fixes). Fixed BuffExtension.Modify calling OnGainChargeStack even if gain was not byCard (to match vanilla AddKeywordBuf behaviour). Updated ExtendedLoader, UnitRenderUtils and AssortedFixes.
