- Population census is no longer a major event
- Population census now also shows percentages of each culture's population
- Pop culture names now have their group attached to them, so player won't be confused in situations such as having two different "Scottish" cultures(one being germanic and other celtic) sharing a province
- Pop cultures are now highlighted with green, if they're accepted by country and red if not, making culture view easier to understand and reason about
- Province border improvements in France, Italy, Germany, Pruthenia, Poland and Ruthenia regions

- AI can now force it's culture on it's colonies in certain circumstances
- Revolutions of 1830-1840s and 1848-1849 bring harsher effects, so both AI and players would have harder time handling them
- Further balancing of Portugal and Castile, they no longer own provinces in Macaronesia area
- Other minor changes
