All Countries Released releases all tags on the starting map and adds some new. Current version: 1.8.2, check update history for latest changelogs!
Main features:
- Military and Naval bonuses: spend your military/naval tradition to improve your forces!
- Simple population system inspired by EU3 and Victoria 2
- [OPTIONAL] Anti-blobbing system
- Military supplies system, arm your land and naval military and sell surplus to countries of interest!
- Economy management decision
- New tags + some unique gov. reforms
- New gov. reforms have special interactions(realized via decisions)
- Timeline extended to january 1871
- Small map improvements(no new provinces added)
- Culture group improvements
- New trade good: Silver(Same functionality as gold, but the income is a little less)

- Irish OPMs(if Rule Brittania DLC is not active)

ACR 1.8 is released today, considering feedback I got since 1.7.3 was released as well as realizing my vision on how certain things in game should work. Feedback is pretty much welcome!

@usmc_BF you're welcome! You make valid points about population, in fact, economic benefits (or maluses) from province pops are already present in ACR, there is a plenty of hidden modifiers, which boost or reduce province economical stats depending on population size (so, if you have a province with 0 pops, it will have 0 income from trade and taxation, but on the other hand will automatically convert to your religion and assimilate, on the other hand the more pops a province has, the more trade and tax income is increased). As for the manpower, I was thinking about it and have implemented some new features regarding manpower and sailor pool recovery directly from province pops for the next mod version. Can't say, when I will be able to release it though, it still needs a lot of polishing for which I don't have time for now. I appreciate your feedback!

@Pravetz Thanks! Have you thought about tying population to manpower, for example if your 100k army gets wiped, you can't just recruit it all over again without taking a population hit? It would also be cool if higher population could also give you some economic benenfits or you know, just had a better purpose than I guess culture conversion modifier.

@usmc_BF stack culture conversion cost modifiers, both local and global modifiers affect assimilation efficiency in provinces (the more conversion cost is reduced = the more efficient assimilation is)

@Clumsy yes! I considered this change for future updates of population system, which will include adjustments to how assimilation works, can't say when I will be able to release those, but it is certainly in my plans.

@Antozhik, normally, provinces with unaccepted cultures assimilate when:
- there are neighboring provinces with accepted cultures(or primary culture), coastal provinces count too;
- there's no separatism;
- province is a full core and doesn't have autonomy.
If listed pre-requisites are all true, then province will start assimilating. Assimilation is slow by default, especially for those provinces with bigger population, but it is modified by assimilation efficiency, the higher it is in the province, the faster unaccepted cultures assimilate. Provinces with smaller population assimilate faster, as well as those, from which minorities were expelled.

Assimilation works strangely. In provinces where 0% of the inhabitants are of your nationality, it is almost impossible to assimilate.

@NoamLovesCats Should be compatible with graphical mods(like flat map and etc.), but not those, which alter provinces(like adding new ones)
