Major features:
- Working population and total population. Provinces show working pops and nation-wide census shows total population
- System of levies instead of direct mobilization and game's built-in manpower recovery, population is more valuable than ever
- Military logistics: land and naval units now need armaments and munitions to sustain combat ability. Severe deficit of supplies may render national military powerless
- Sell armaments and munitions to countries with deficit
- New buildings: roads, railways, mines, armament and munitions workshops
- Province urbanization: high urbanization decreases assimilation cost and increases trade goods production in provinces
Minor fixes:
- Population growth balancing
- Pruthenian AI is more eager to interact with it's factions
