Fixed both how this mod would break asteroid belts and hide unknown dungeons at the cost of removing the "fixed" version of MPI: biome fix code

added the ship fix back in, as it turns out it wasn't my injections at all that were messing up asteroids apparently

temporarily removed the injections intended to fix moving npc ship selection, I intend to eventually resolve this bug in a manner that will also not break asteroid belts visually eventually
