Minor tweaks & fixes

Major changes include:

• Rewritten huge portion of the mod
  
• Reworked balance from scratch
  
• Tweaked sprites (paper background & NPC)
  
• Fixed many bugs, including the notorious disappearing card glitch
  
• Switched config provider to Dead Sea Scrolls
  
• Added 3 new config options

This is definitely the final major update.

Added an emergency menu disable with Left Shift + B + J

This is probably the last major revision of this mod.
Major changes include:

• Added soft hands
  
• Added a log system
  
• Added few stability tweaks
  
• Added a notification with the version to the logs/console
  
• Reworked the totaling system
  
• Fixed the bug in which took 5 coins when you touched the npc while he was playing an animation
