Minor tweaking of some terrain numbers in the mod

Added 4 new rituals to T2 High Priest
12 new Dragon Warrior, Elite Dragon Warrior, and Dragon Captain elemental variants
Kobold scout now has a chance to appear
Dragon Fanatic Priests get a recruitment bonus from libraries now

Massive rework of all bios - Special thanks to Ddraig Lleuad, you can see him in the comments, for reworking/improving all of the bios in the mod!
Dragon Blooded Warriors now are permanent recruitments, but iron price has increased
DB Warrior Elites iron prices have increased as well and their recruitment rates are upped as well
DB Warriors Elites + Captain have gained a Large shield now and sweep on their weapons
Dragon Lair now has a gateway
Price for Minor Draconic Summoning dropped slightly

Updated banner and fixed some small errors. No major changes.

Reduced starting numbers to 10 spearman, and 5 slingers
Sprites were reworked on all Dragon Blooded units. Colors were matched on the breath weapon Dragon Blooded to match their dragon counterparts, and DB Warriors were touched up
Removed double summoning sound bit issue
Young Wyverns now can grow to Adult Wyvern in 6 turns after being spawned

Gave the elemental Dragon Blooded units a HP buff
Reduced T2 High Priest Infusion Ritual's AP cost

Fixed some description typos
Added fastheal to young adult, adult, and legendary dragons
Added in 3 more breath type blooded dragon units
Added in 4 t2 rituals unique to High Priest related to the breath type blooded dragon units

High Priest now has sense dead
Draconic Lichdom has had a price adjustment
Major Summoning has been rebalanced

Fixed the Tarrasque not casting properly in battle

Fixed Fanatic Spearman and Slinger recruitment numbers
Fixed a spelling error in one of the dragon's bios
