Updated with naval artillery turrets. Also added back shields.

I've removed some inefficient thrusters and replaced them with interia dampers since I felt the ship didn't have enough deceleration.

I've also flattened the aloves for the CIWS and added a custom turrent design for them. Naval artillery custom turrets are next.

Note: Shields and hangars are gone and replaced with hull as I'm still in the titanium region.
