Navy Button bugfix.

Major update! Two new buttons!
- The Amber Button, made by GhostSalt
- The Navy Button, made by Timwi

Extremely tiny minor thing

The Black Button:
- Reformatted hold command. Command must now be exactly "!# hold for ##".
- Added !# capacitor command, which reads out the number written on the capacitor. (To avoid having to find an exact tilt angle.)

Fixed The Gray Button logging.

Fix Brown Button bug.

Changed Red Button's hold command:
- If the hold and release values are equal, it holds across all 10 timer ticks rather than pressing and immediately releasing (resulting in a possible strike.)
Slightly reworded Purple Button's help command:
- The amount of numbers entered into the command can be any amount, but the help command previously did not state this.

Logging improvements to Teal and Orange Buttons.

Green Button TP minor fix.

Added seconds timer to Black Button.
