Lower reward in "Archery Range" , "Training Grounds" and "Sorcery School". Now unit's grows gradually.

To learn new spell in "Sorcery School" is much harder like to find new item in "Looted Temple".

I did it 'cause heroes improved their skills too fast. So let them work harder to get glory )

Outpost new look removed. Now this thing is in the "Beautiful City" mod.

Removed all new summoning spells. Now there cannot be no hundreds spiders in the city.

Chanched building "Bank" to "Merchant's House" and description accordingly.
Now hero's really receive gold here and instead of vitality they have a chance to improve their artifice.

Previous mod didn't work correct and i didn't save project file which gives oportunity to update mod. So had to delete old mod and upload working version.
