- Added bar noteskin for 4-key mode.
- Added an important text file in the skin folder.
- Fixed leaderboard-panel.png for bigger monitor users because I'm using 1366x768 like the pleb I am :(

Hello there!

As per request, I have added a bar noteskin for 4k mode.

If you want to replace the arrow noteskin with the bar noteskin, here's what should you do first.

1. Make a local copy of this skin.
- In order to do this, open your local Quaver Skin folder. Copy the Irys skin folder and paste the folder there.
- Take note that workshop folders are named after their steam workshop ID. In this case, the Irys skin's ID is 2589897352.

2. Go back to your settings in-game. Choose the Irys skin as your main custom skin that you pasted in the local folder.
- Note: Subscribed skins are in color blue, while the color white ones are in your local folder.

3. Now, to replace arrows with bars for 4 keys.
- Go to 4k folder.
- Go to "- Extras" folder.
- Go to Bars folder.
- Copy everything except the "skin.ini" file and paste it in the 4k folder to replace the elements used for 4k.
- After doing that, copy the "skin.ini" file and paste it in the root skin folder to replace the current skin.ini.

4. Go back to your game, and refresh the skin by pressing "CTRL+S"

5. The bar noteskin elements should be loaded.
