Changed German puppets to get their correct names more reliably, and made some changes like (Republic of Salo for lower autonomy italy), now Hungary and Romania can be Reichskommisariats etc.. and only keep there names if they are satellited by going done the integrated economies focus

Other small fixes and corrections

Fascist Imperialist South Africa now - Britons African Union rather than Afrikaners
