An Ironman compatible mod that changes names ONLY, now with German RKs

Sadly as of BBA, peace deals prevent map painting as land can no longer be handed to newly released puppets during a conference. I recommend using the state transfer tool mod to alter your world's borders during non-Ironman playthroughs to enjoy this mod fully.

• Every nation, including formables, has had its names overhauled for each ideology. Fascist names are more dystopian. Neutral names are generally more neutral, and where possible, more monarchist. Communist/democratic names are more realistic, and where possible, more interesting.
  
• The new generic puppet names from BBA have been removed, so names will remain as the mod entailed before BBA.
  
• Historically planned and reasoned Reichskommisariats have been implemented for Germany. Georgia forms the Caucasus puppet, Kazakhstan the Turkestan puppet, Volga Germany the Don-Volga puppet, Tatarstan the Ural puppet, the Far Eastern Republic the Siberian puppet, Transylvania the Danube puppet, Yamalo-Nenets the West Siberia puppet and Yugoslavia the South Slavia puppet etc.
  
• All puppet names have also been overhauled, and many new puppets names have been added while ensuring that puppets no longer bear the title of 'Great' or 'Empire'. This includes dynamic name changes like the Empire of Manchukuo becoming the Empire of Manchuria when free from Japan.
  
• The colonies of all of the European colonial empires can now be released as puppets, both current (1936) and historic.
  
• Collaboration governments use the naming format 'X Military Administration of Y'. For example, the Italian Military Administration of Yugoslavia.
  
• China, Brazil and India bear unique puppet names that use the naming format 'X Empire in Y'. For example, the Spanish Empire in India
  
• Regional puppets have been implemented when specified nations reach the integrated puppets/Reichskommissariat puppet level for all ideologies.
