- Added support for TF2 Player Models/Hats Framework

- Switched from mounted content to using sound files contained within the addon instead

Potentially fixes the memory-related crashes, IDK.

- Removed unnecessary/non-existent sounds from packs

- Added a few new callouts to a few packs

- Added support for the new callouts added in the latest update

- Added a few new voice lines to pre-existing callouts and made a few unique ones for the new callouts

- Updated all packs to include several new callouts:

Extra Callouts pack;
- Weapon Jam/Unjam
- Compliment Kill
- Roadkill
- Airborne vehicle
- Exit Vehicle (Thanks for the ride!)

Attacked by special infected pack, support for all specials

- Added the "Medic!" callout to the wheel

If there are missing sounds please comment. Although I did my best to make sure there aren't any, I could still have missed some.
