[Added] Watch towers upgrades now also reduce upkeep by a very small amount
[Added] Guard towers upgrades also reduce upkeep by a very small amount
[Added] A few more updates to trade prices

Annoyingly any fully upgraded watch towers & guard towers will need to be demolished and built again for the upkeep reduction to take effect. I'm not aware of any way to fix this.

I realised that these had been missed, and would loose radius when a watch tower is upgraded to a guard tower.
