>> Locking Handles now deal a flat 2 TTA stun (was scaled based on half wep damage).
>> Timeless Shot's additional Ruin damage now 40% base + 5% per rank (was 3 base + 25% per rank). Lowered self-damage Ruin to 25% (was 100%). Ruin self-damage now displayed separately.

>> Magical Life passive now increases max HP for 36 TTA and permanently heals (rather than temporarily heals because this caused the actor to become immortal and unable to die which is a bruh moment)
