- Corporate Peacekeeping Resolution, owning mercenary armies will keep you from being in breach
- Defense Privatization: Merc fleets take up -10% naval capacity per level (from -5%)
- Defense Privatization: Mercs get +25 naval capacity per level (from +10)
- Arm Privateers, victim suffers -10 trade protection for 10 years (does not stack)
- Panicked Operatives event gives the Auxiliary Operatives Knew Too Much modifier
- Easier to declare crisis against powerful assimilators and non-pacifist necrophages
- Emergency Powers can be declared if the Great Khan is active
- Attacking VLUUR will put you in breach of the Void Cloud Preservation Act

Tweaks:

Bug Fix:
- Fixed issue with cyborg branch office
- Fixed bugged ai weight in declare crisis resolutions
- Corrected description for ascension branch office buildings
- Galactic Commerce no longer gives extra manager upkeep

Removals:
- No longer changes how ai values favors
- Subterfuge Finisher no longer gives +1 envoy (now given by Double Agents)
- No longer change naval capacity from Mutual Defense (now redundant)
