Changed the class names for the SP Missions so they wont overlap with the Red Hammer 2 Mod's SP Missions.

Made commander immortal in the (Spearhead) campaign mission.
Fixed enemy Racs officer who would stay hidden when he was supposed to be shown.
Fixed campaign outro that wouldn't end as intended.

Fixed God mode being on in the (Sabotage) Mission for both SP and COOP.
Added map markers that i forgot to add in the SP Sniper Mission.
