- Reduced the Vicous Dog's hit to kill from 3-4 to 2-3. Also reduced the amount at the school and graveyard
- Lowered VATS sound even more to counter a bug where the sound is amplified when reloading a save

- Made Chavez's goons follow him when he leaves
- Changed the icon when entering a door to more fitting image
- Added variety to NCR Trooper, Powder Ganger, Escaped Convicts and Jackals faces
- Added prompt to Dawes' dialogue when the player doesn't have enough money
- Added quest failure notification if Eddie, Hayes or Nash dies before I Fought The Law is progressed enough
- Added minor loot to Ringo's gas station
