Bugfix attempt for static mesh of flag
Bugfix attempt of spawnpoint of test map
Added new minimap for logar valley to indicate flag bases (will chaged later)

initial commit for Capture the Flag Game mode
Currently it have 2 maps
-CapTheFlagLayer
-Logar_Valley_CaptheLayer

Future maps/layer will be included currently WIP
