added floor collision to the water pipe
made water pipe stiffer (i will focus on durability next)
fixed some performance issues, very slight still quite unnoticeable

Hinges act weird on the generator type thing (maybe a water regulator???)

If you have hackerphone enabled disable it so the lights for the fire alarms work properly
