Added the ability to hide the options text by pressing the "H" key. Press "O" or "P" to bring the options back up.

Changed plasma sparks back to original. Added molten particle effect on combined blast. Adjusted flame attributes.

Added more sparks for the plasma cutter that ramp up with the Power Output. Other small lighting and sound adjustments made too.

Added Adjustable Combined Power Output Control. 3 Settings: Minimum, Normal and Maximum. Now you have 3 choices of destruction level when pressing LMB and RMB together. Also got rid of lag against the big ships when using this combined blast. Switched to a more efficient way of making holes. Lag is still there with the plasma cutter though. it requires lots of makeholes to cut as fast as it can.

Added point lighting for plasma hitpoint and incinerator flame path. Made the full power flames less red in color.

Changed the plasma spark effects to always activate on every "hit". Also added random spark size for a more natural looking effect.
