Fixed radial menu and tek helmet from behaving oddly.

Added Config:

DisableTekHelmet=False

If true, this mod will have no effect on the tek helmet. Default: False

Fixed Fjordur teleportation and likely other MultiUse entry mods.

- Minor menu visual change
- Added configs for max allowed color/brightness values. Server wide config.
- If your last saved value exceeds the server maximums, your saved value is reset to default.
