Implemented several improvements:

Smaller footprint:
Old size: 108x48
New size: 92x44

Cheaper:
Old price: ₡ 47.700,-
New price: ₡ 29.400,-
(due to less elevated segments)

Lower maintenance costs:
Old: ₡ 644,-
New: ₡ 408,-
(due to less elevated segments)

Height:
Old: ground level to +10mtr
New: -5mtr to +5mtr
Because of the new heights, the slopes of the (sloped) segments are less steep.

Applied the following TM:PE settngs to all A2021 interchanges:

- Lane connections
- Adjusted speed limits where necessary
- Removed crosswalks where necessary
- Allowed 'through movement' where necessary

TM:PE is not necessary to load and place the interchanges. But without it, you do not get the above mentioned features.
