Update error when uploading content. The map is already working correctly

- Retextured Town Hall
- Fix bad rendering of buildings
- Fixed missing textures
- Fixed props lighting complications

- Added changes to the skybox
- Fix bad rendering of buildings
- Fixed missing textures
- Added a panic button in the Bank
- Fixed props lighting complications
- There were changes in the police station
- New traffic light system
