Added 2 more Cold War Battlefield VS Missions

(Battlefield Cold War - Everon)
(Battlefield Cold War - Malden)

Updated the Battlefield mode so that a players side loses 1 respawn ticket everytime a player is killed.
Made some minor changes to the existing (Battlefield Nogova) VS Mission.
