Gave the cargo crane the ability to extend even higher

Added a cargo crane control cabin with seat for a better view and easier cargo grabs.

Adjusted lift speeds again to avoid bounce

Decided to finally add a fancy name plate at the cost of having the extra large body and shape warnings / achievement ;)

Forgot to paint something really obvious :P

Adjusted all the lifts speeds

Added more rails

Added more external access platforms and stairs

Added more flair to the reactor melt down sequence and a bunch of connectors for the cargo deck. Also added sky lights for improved comfort and a view of the cargo on deck

Readjusted helm control sensitivity to improve sluggish handling and give more control while in docking mode.
