Finally fixed the over correction on the rear lateral stabilizers that was causing that horrible wobble! It is much more stable in high winds now. The passive stabilizers were over correcting so I dialed down both the functions fro x*(-40) to x*(-30). Also added more weight to both the active stabilizers.

Testing at 50% wind and still get wobbles so adjusted PID again to slow down overreaction

Adjusted PID controllers a little, still working on the weird lean into passive stabilization

Added 2 more large drive motors to help with Azimuths

Fixed problems with Azimuths, no sudden explosions anymore. And reoriented them to incorporate forward, vertical and reverse thrust using up/down arrows

Adjusted weight blocks to avoid lean.

Found it and plugged it back in :P
