Revamped cargo crane to spin 360 for more crates and less parallel parking.

Added 2 fuel gantry cranes for easier docking and fuel loading. Finally got the too many physics bodies warning because of them but they are worth it. Also removed the two useless cameras and obsolete fluid ports on top of the cargo crane for easier deck strolling. That leaves open a channel on the helm screen for future usage.

Made a few more adjustments. Please let me know if you think anything should be improved. : )

Disengaged the logic stops governing the a/d controls during docking mode to allow turning while moving again

Installed stops on up/down & left/right controls while in docking mode to prevent diving while moving, Added a throttle reduction switch to the large drive motors to save electricity and reduce torque to avoid smashing the dock while in docking mode... seems to be almost unavoidable at the moment unless you tap like guitar hero to dock

Installed Docking mode for more convenient positional control in tight spaces

Lowered the sensitivity of the helm controls 10% for less jerky movements, may adjust more later

Fixed some mislabeled buttons

Missed a paint spot in the cargo hold :}
