Misreported broken talent in navigator led to combing through files and finding "red_alert" based on a deprecated talent in base game malfunctioning.

Redid, fixed and changed many of the talents.

There was an issue where characters like Janitor could appreintice into mechanic or engineer and graduate into one of the two other trees and bork their character where they would just get thier own tree. These classes can no longer pick the apprentice of classes they already have!

Head of Security ID now allows engineer and mechanic card access along with medical, but not captain. As he is intended to inspect and have access to MOST of the ship.

Janitor changed to have electrical instead of clown and melodic respite instead of inspiring tunes, he is an assistant who can go into electrician and mechanic.

Passenger switches out peer learning for inspriing tunes and replaces grey shirt with clown as they are supposed to be clown musiscian/professional(assistant)/scientist for the full gamut of musical buffs, straight up cross class or rogue scientist focused on genetics, because every doctor goes miracle in progress first.
