Reversed the decision to make the mod *require* Felins and the relevant prerequisite patch and instead has this mod load after them if they're present. Hopefully this resolves any potential crashing issues - please comment if something isn't working as you think it should be!

Also actually made the mod public, didn't realize it was hidden still.... oops?

Adjusted mod requirements/dependencies. This now has a hard requirement for both Felins and Feb's Cuter Felins - Kemonomimi Version, and will load after the Kemonomimi Version Larger Male Eyes patch if it happens to be installed.
