Updated the guardhouse to be a functioning guardhouse with cages and added more guards to patrol the town. AI is still iffy and I have to look into it to try to make it work

Also added corpse furnaces and hopefully the guards will dispose bodies

Added two more wind generators and gave the shops and Inn personalized names to give them a little bit of personality

Added relations and coexistence with the tech hunters ensuring they're allied with eachother to prevent them from attacking eachother

Rattan and Iron Hat can be sold in armour shop and blueprints can be obtained. Guards now come with a splint kit

Enabled the weapons vender to being a trader and allowing them to respawn

Changed some values with the vendor lists in the weapon and armour stores as well as add a extra item in each shop to purchase

Reworked the entire layout of the town and changed the name to Sukui so its somewhat more personable and fits with the general aesthetic of the world in terms of names

Added a armour and weapons shop respectably and changed the values of what they sell so its as varied and relatively balanced

Reworked the entire clothing of the citizens, guards, store clerks, traveling food caravans and pacifier so they don't look as uniformed as well as to make them somewhat unique that they stand out from others and overall look like a faction that lives out in the desert and hunts for a living to make goods to sell

Added crossbows to the caravan guards and changed their weapons to allow them to spawn with a short cleaver or longsword as a sidearm

Removed the town collector as they didn't contribute much and the whole dialogue with the character was a absolute mess. The pacifier replaces the town collector's role with a simpler dialogue that's straightfoward and gave their general attitude a adjustment so they're not as strangely hostile and aggravated for no good reason

Reworked town layout allows a couple buildings to be purchased now instead of the one snailhouse in the previous version so you can now utilize a operation to set up shop or do whatever

Removed corpse haulers as they generally didn't do their intended job as often at removing corpses and just cluttered up the town with unnecessary characters

Reworked the ai for the citizens so they don't hopefully use turrets and get overencumbered from picking stuff up while working

Added 4 low tier crossbow turrets by the gate so the guards can use them to defend and for the player to raise their crossbow skill

There is a single gate for the whole town so its less likely to get swarmed now and to add a challenge in attacks for the nps as well as player
