hotfixed error in event set, wrong version was parsing

changed a few of the spawns to be less janky with some of the new code.

fixed several ID's, if you see any funky ID's please report them

after internal discussion the uniform items will not be in BT but will be moved to SCP RP mods and possibly VWO, thank you for your patience in this trying time.
